SN explanation:
GSCSC082021120002X01 stands for Dec 2021 which is old format.
GSCSB0825070001X0124 stands for July 2025 which is the new format.

# Ocular DC Firmware Update Steps in detail
If upgrade unsuccessful using the Commission network, please connect computer to charger's AP to upgrade.

Ethernet upgrade:
1. Connect charger ethernet port to Commission ethernet port, log in to the backend with the IP address of the charger (Can be found on Commission network backend or on the bottom left corner of the charger screen)
2. Go to Network -> Charger Access Point -> Change SSID Prefix to port ID; submit
3. Next, upgrade the 1768. Make sure to check the charger screen to confirm it reaches 100%. click cancel when it prompts you to reboot the Charger
4. Lastly, install the am3354. After it prompt you to reboot the charger, wait for 30 seconds before click on confirm.

If Upgrade failed, please try 2 - 3 times; if still not working, proceed to upgrade using charger's AP

Charger's AP upgrade:
1. Find the charger's AP on computer and connect to it, the default password is IOC12345
2. Log in to the charger's backend, IP address is 192.168.129.1, login details are the same
3. Go to Network -> Charger Access Point -> Change SSID Prefix to port ID; submit
4. Next, upgrade the 1768. Make sure to check the charger screen to confirm it reaches 100%. click cancel when it prompts you to reboot the Charger
5. Lastly, install the am3354. After it prompt you to reboot the charger, wait for 30 seconds before click on confirm.

If Upgrade failed, please try 2 - 3 times
